Ingredients
For the Marinated Chicken Kebab:

2 large chicken breasts, sliced into thin fillets

Juice of 1 fresh lemon

3 garlic cloves, finely crushed

2 tsp white wine vinegar

2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt

2 tsp dried oregano
-
2–4 tsp Greek seasoning blend (or a mix of dried sage, salt, and black pepper)

½ small red onion, finely chopped
-
1 large potato (used as a sturdy base for the skewers)

3 wooden kebab skewers
For the Fresh Tzatziki Sauce:

2 large tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
-
1 small cucumber, finely diced or grated (squeeze out excess water)

A pinch of salt and black pepper
For the Optional 2-Ingredient Flatbread:

50g plain flour (plus extra for dusting)

75g fat-free Greek yogurt
-
3g baking powder
To Serve (Optional Sides):

Chopped fresh tomatoes and sliced cucumbers

30g reduced-fat Feta cheese (can be counted as a dairy allowance/measured portion)
-
Wholemeal pitta bread or round flatbreads (adjust your daily allowance/calories accordingly)
