Air Fryer Garlic Steak Bites (Low-Fat Method)

Instructions (Zero Added Fat Method)

1. Season the Steak

  1. Place the cubed steak pieces in a bowl. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes.

  2. Toss the steak until it is evenly coated with the seasonings.

2. Prep and Preheat

  1. Spray the seasoned steak pieces generously with a zero-calorie cooking spray and toss them again for an even coating.

  2. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C 400° F for 5 minutes.

3. Air Fry the Steak

  1. Arrange the seasoned steak pieces on the grill plate in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).

  2. Air fry them for 6 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through the cooking time.

4. Garlic Infusion

  1. Remove the cooked steak pieces from the air fryer and take out the grill plate, leaving any meat juices in the bottom of the basket.

  2. Add the minced garlic, fat-free stock/broth, and the chopped fresh parsley into the juices in the air fryer basket.

  3. Return the cooked steak bites to the basket. Toss to coat them thoroughly in the hot garlic and stock mixture.

  4. Air fry for an additional 1 minute to fully heat the garlic and allow the steak to absorb the flavours.

5. Serve

  1. Sprinkle a little more fresh parsley over the dish and season to taste.

  2. Serve immediately with low-fat, high-volume vegetable sides.
