- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free syrup (banana, caramel or vanilla)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp skimmed milk or unsweetened almond milk
- ½ banana (optional, mashed or sliced)
Topping:
- 2 tbsp crushed light wafers
- ¼ cup low-fat aerosol whipped topping
- Extra banana slices
