Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup low-Syn vanilla protein powder
  • 2½ tbsp banana-flavoured sugar-free pudding mix
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free syrup (banana, caramel or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp skimmed milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana (optional, mashed or sliced)

 Topping:

  • 2 tbsp crushed light wafers
  • ¼ cup low-fat aerosol whipped topping
  • Extra banana slices
