Chicken and Vegetable Soup Recipe

Instructions:

  1.  Prepare the base: In a large pot, combine the onions, celery, cauliflower, potato, garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, and hot chicken stock. Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  2.  Add remaining vegetables: Stir in the diced carrot and simmer for 5 minutes. Then, add the broccoli and chicken. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through and the vegetables are soft.
