- 3 tbsp fat-free yogurt
- 1 large bag stir-fry vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, peppers)
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
- 200ml boiling water
- 2 servings egg noodles
- Optional: extra soy sauce, teriyaki sauce
