Instructions:
- Heat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.
- Cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water over a high heat for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside to cool.
- At the same time, spray a large non-stick saucepan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a medium heat.
- Brown the sausages on all sides for 5 minutes, then add the garlic, onion and peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the tomato purée and smoked paprika and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir the stock cube into 200ml hot water, then add to the sausage pan along with the mixed beans, baked beans, sweetcorn, Marmite, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and spring onions. - Simmer for 5 minutes, then transfer to an ovenproof dish and top with the potatoes.
- Spritz with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite Speed vegetables.
