Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 6-8 minutes, or until slightly softened. Drain well and toss in a colander to
- rough up the edges.
- Place potatoes in a non-stick baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway.
Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 6-8 minutes, or until slightly softened. Drain well and toss in a colander to rough up the edges.
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Enjoy your crispy roasted potatoes!
