Ingredients:

• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup unsweetened apple compote (homemade or store-bought with no added sugar)
• 1 natural fat-free yogurt (around 125g)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids or higher)
• 150g rolled oats
• Pinch of salt
