Ingredients:
- 2 Weetabix
- 2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
- 160g no-added-sugar fat-free vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
- Crush the Weetabix in a bowl using your hands or a fork.
- Add the natural yogurt and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into the base of a dessert glass and press down firmly to create a cheesecake base.
- Pour the vanilla yogurt over the Weetabix base.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Add any desired toppings just before serving and enjoy!
