Ingredients:
- 2 Weetabix
- 2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tsp boiling water
- 160g no-added-sugar fat-free vanilla yogurt
- ½ level tsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Follow the basic vanilla cheesecake instructions.
- Mix the dissolved coffee with the natural yogurt before combining it with the crushed Weetabix.
Chill overnight. - Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
