- The Raspberry Mousse Layer:
- 1 Sachet Sugar-Free Raspberry Jelly Crystals
- 80ml Boiling Water
- 125ml Fat-Free Raspberry Yogurt
- 250ml Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
- The White Chocolate Frosting:
- Thick Greek Yogurt (0% Fat)
- 1 Sachet Low-Calorie White Chocolate Powder
- Optional Toppings: A drizzle of melted white chocolate and flaked almonds.
