  • 1 Large Egg
  • 125ml Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Stevia (or your preferred granulated sweetener)
  • Dash of Vanilla or Almond Extract
  • Handful of Raspberries (Gently mashed)
  • The Raspberry Mousse Layer:
  • 1 Sachet Sugar-Free Raspberry Jelly Crystals
  • 80ml Boiling Water
  • 125ml Fat-Free Raspberry Yogurt
  • 250ml Fat-Free Plain Yogurt
  • The White Chocolate Frosting:
  • Thick Greek Yogurt (0% Fat)
  • 1 Sachet Low-Calorie White Chocolate Powder
  • Optional Toppings: A drizzle of melted white chocolate and flaked almonds.
