Homemade Healthy Rolo Chocolates

Instructions

  1. Combine the Base: In a small mixing bowl, empty the Toffee Muller Light yogurt.

  2. Add the Flavor: Stir in the 11g of Options Hot Chocolate powder and the tablespoon of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot.

  3. Mix Until Smooth: Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is glossy and completely combined. If the mixture feels too thick, stir in your milk allowance a teaspoon at a time.

  4. Fill the Molds: Spoon the mixture evenly into a silicone chocolate mold or a standard ice cube tray.

  5. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolates are firm to the touch.

  6. Serve: Pop them out of the mold and enjoy immediately!


Top Tips for Success

  • Use Silicone Molds: Silicone makes it much easier to “pop” the chocolates out without them breaking compared to plastic trays.

  • Storage: Keep these in a freezer-safe bag or container. Because of the yogurt base, they will melt if left at room temperature for too long.

  • Customization: Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to the mixture before freezing to create Salted Caramel Rolos.
