Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Hartley’s Sugar-Free Orange Jelly
- 1/2 pint (approximately 285 ml) boiling water
- 1/4 pint (approximately 140 ml) cold water
- 3-4 heaped tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1-2 easy peeler oranges, segmented
- 3 x 12.5g servings low-fat squirty cream
