  2. 1/2 pint (approximately 285 ml) boiling water
  3. 1/4 pint (approximately 140 ml) cold water
  4. 3-4 heaped tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
  5. 1-2 easy peeler oranges, segmented
  6. 3 x 12.5g servings low-fat squirty cream
