  • 1  tbsp+ 1  tsp (approx 12 ) Unflavored Gelatin Powder

For the Creamy Lemon Topping

  • 200g Low-Fat Soft Cheese (such as Quark or low-fat Greek yogurt/cream cheese blend)

  • 2-3 level tablespoons of granulated sugar substitute (or to taste)

  • Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
