Ingredients

  • 2 x 8 oz tubs (approx. 450g total) fat-free natural cottage cheese: This is your secret weapon for a creamy, protein-packed base without the higher fat content of cream cheese. You can blend it for a smoother consistency!
  • 1 green bell pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, deseeded and finely chopped (Adjust to your spice preference!)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
