Speedy “Cucumber with a BANG!”

Ingredients:

  • 1 baby cucumber (or 1/2 a regular cucumber), chopped into slices or chunks (Free Food)
  • Juice of 1/2 to 1 whole lemon (Free Food)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (1.5 Sys) – Measure carefully!
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (Free Food)
  • Chilli powder (or cayenne pepper) to taste (Free Food)
