Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 450g loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, crush Weetabix biscuits and add milk. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then mash with a fork.
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Slice into 12 servings and enjoy.

How to cook it in the air fryer

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
