  • 1 pound peeled and deseeded butternut squash, roughly chopped
  • 1 pound peeled floury potatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube, crumbled
  • 1 cup plain quark
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
