- 1 pound peeled and deseeded butternut squash, roughly chopped
- 1 pound peeled floury potatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube, crumbled
- 1 cup plain quark
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
