Air Fryer Crispy Pumpkin Chips

Method

1. Preparation

  1. Prepare the Pumpkin: Wash the pumpkin. Cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, and slice the pumpkin into chip shapes (wedges or thin sticks).

2. Seasoning

  1. Place the pumpkin chips in a bowl.

  2. Lightly spritz the chips generously with low-calorie cooking spray and toss to coat evenly.

  3. Add the salt and scatter the rosemary leaves over the chips, tossing again to distribute.

3. Air Fry

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C approximately 400°F.

  2. Place the seasoned pumpkin chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded (you may need to cook in batches).

  3. Air Fry for 15–20 minutes.

  4. After about 8–10 minutes, shake the basket well to ensure the chips are turning and browning evenly.

  5. Continue cooking until the chips are soft on the inside and beautifully golden brown and crispy on the outside.

4. Serve

  1. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while they are at their crunchiest!
