Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the chicken breasts with the honey mustard mixture on both sides. - Step 2: Air Fry the Chicken
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. - Step 3: Roast Asparagus
After flipping the chicken, add asparagus to the basket. Spray lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Continue cooking for 6–8 more minutes, or until asparagus is tender and chicken is fully cooked. - Step 4: Add Cheese
Sprinkle cheese over the asparagus and let it melt for the last 1–2 minutes of cooking. - Serve warm with extra honey mustard sauce if desired.
