Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Prepare for Baking: Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and place the cherry jam in the middle.
- Bake: Place the dish on a baking tray (the mixture tends to rise, and we don’t want to clean the oven) and bake
- at about 180°C (350°F / Gas Mark 4) for 35-40 minutes, or until set and golden
