Ingredients:
- 750g lean casserole/braising beef, visible fat removed, cut into bite-size chunks
- 2 medium carrots, cut into bite-size chunks
- 2 medium onions, cut into bite-size chunks
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
- 500g button mushrooms
For the stock: - 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- ½ tbsp paprika
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
