Ingredients for the Fruit Filling

 

  • 600g Fresh Strawberries (hulled and halved). You can substitute or add other berries like blueberries and raspberries.

  • 120g Granulated Sweetener

  • 1 tbsp Cornflour/Cornstarch

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Ingredients for the Cobbler Topping

 

  • 80g Almond Flour

  • 40g Oats (can be counted as part of your Healthy Extra B or Synned)

  • 30g Reduced-Fat Spread (e.g., Flora Light – Synned)

  • 2 Medium Eggs, beaten

  • 20g Granulated Sweetener

  • Pinch of Salt
