  • 500g quark (plain, fat-free)
  • 150g fat-free natural Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g granulated sweetener (or to taste)
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
