Cabbage and Eggs Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray generously with cooking spray.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 20 seconds. Be careful not to let it burn.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until it softens.
  4. This usually takes around 3-5 minutes. If you like your cabbage slightly caramelized, continue cooking for a couple more minutes, keeping a close eye on it to prevent sticking.
  5. You may need to add a splash of water to the pan if it starts to get too dry.
  6. Spread the cooked cabbage out in a thin, even layer across the bottom of the pan.
  7. Pour the lightly beaten eggs over the cabbage, tilting the pan gently to ensure they spread evenly.
  8. Let the eggs cook for about 15-20 seconds, or until they start to set around the edges. Then, gently fold the eggs over until they are cooked through to your liking.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Remove from the heat and serve immediately!
