Cheesy Garlic Bread

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the wrap: Spread the Lurpak Spreadable Lightest evenly over one side of the Weight Watchers wrap. Sprinkle the Very Lazy Garlic (or minced garlic) over the buttered surface.
  2. First grilling: Place the wrap, buttered side up, under a preheated grill. Grill for about 3 minutes, or until the wrap starts to become lightly golden and crisp. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  3. Add cheese and finish grilling: Remove the wrap from under the grill. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Lightly spray the surface with Frylight (or cooking spray).
  4. Second grilling: Return the wrap to the grill for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the wrap is golden brown.
  5. Serve: Remove the cheesy garlic bread from the grill. Slice it into desired portions and serve immediately.

  1. Garlic lovers: If you’re a big garlic fan, feel free to add more garlic!
  2. Cheese variations: You can use other cheeses that melt well, like mozzarella or a cheddar blend.
  3. Herbs: Experiment with other herbs like oregano or basil in addition to or instead of parsley.
  4. Spicy kick: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
  5. Oven baking: If you don’t have a grill, you can bake the bread in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
