- 1 low-calorie wrap or pitta bread (Choose a thin tortilla wrap or pitta for the base)

- 2 tablespoons of your favourite barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup (60ml) of tomato passata (smooth, strained tomatoes)
- ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
