Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a round or square baking dish with baking parchment.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, apple compote, natural yogurt, and baking powder until well combined.
- Gently melt the dark chocolate. You can do this in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, or over a saucepan of simmering water (bain-marie).
- Add the melted chocolate to the wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Stir in the rolled oats and a pinch of salt until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the dish before slicing and serving.
