Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and fat-free natural yogurt. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four bowls or glasses.
- To make Peach Melba oats, add the chopped peaches to the oat mixture, cover and chill overnight. In the morning, top with raspberries, extra peach, and dollops of fat-free natural fromage frais.
- To make Banana-Berry oats, toss the banana with lemon juice, then add to the oat mixture. Cover and chill overnight. In the morning, top with blueberries, extra banana, and ground cinnamon.
- To make Carrot Cake oats, stir the grated carrot and diced pear into the oat mixture. Cover and chill overnight. In the morning, mix the fat-free natural fromage frais with the plain quark and sweetener, then divide over the oats. Top with extra pear and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- To make Hot Apple Pie oats, stir in the mixed spice, cover and chill overnight. In the morning, microwave the oat mixture in a heatproof bowl on high for 1 minute to warm through. Divide the mixture between four bowls or glasses, then top with the diced apple, fat-free natural yogurt, and a sprinkling of mixed spice.
