Frozen S’mores Recipe

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pudding: Stir together the pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.First Freeze Layer: Line an 8×10 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy lifting. Evenly spread the prepared pudding in the bottom of the baking pan. Place the pan in the freezer for 1 hour or until the pudding is frozen solid.
  2. Second Freeze Layer: Spread the fat-free whipped topping evenly over the frozen pudding. Put the pan back in the freezer until the whipped topping is frozen solid.
  3. Add Graham Crackers: Break up the graham crackers into 48 individual squares. Spread 24 graham cracker squares over the top of the frozen whipped topping.
  4. Flip and Finish: Place a slightly larger baking sheet or cutting board over the baking pan and carefully flip the entire pan over so the graham cracker layer is now on the bottom. Remove the parchment paper and add the remaining 24 graham cracker squares to what is now the top.
  5. Cut and Serve: Carefully cut the frozen dessert into 24 pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
