Ginger Water for Wellness

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water.
  3. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Strain into a glass or jar.
  6. Add the lemon juice if desired.
