Healthy Banana and Peanut Muffins (Only 53 kcal!)

  • 50 g wholemeal self-raising flour (or regular self-raising flour)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 banana, medium, mashed (use ripe bananas!)
  • 3 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener (one that measures like sugar)
  • 2 tbsp P2B powder (Peanut Butter Powder)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (plus extra for sprinkling)
