This recipe uses Peanut Butter Powder (P2B) to deliver that great peanut flavour with significantly less fat and calories than traditional peanut butter.
50 g oats
50 g wholemeal self-raising flour (or regular self-raising flour)
3 large eggs
1 banana, medium, mashed (use ripe bananas!)
3 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp granulated sweetener (one that measures like sugar)
