Healthy Chicken Salad with Coleslaw Mix

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, flake the drained canned chicken.
  2. Make the Creamy Base: Add the fat-free Greek yogurt to the chicken. Stir well to combine. Then, add the 1/2 tablespoon of reduced-fat mayonnaise and mix until creamy and well incorporated.
  3. Add Veggies & Fruit: Stir in the coleslaw mix, chopped celery, diced red onion, and halved grapes. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  4. Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve: Spoon the chicken and coleslaw mixture onto a plate or into a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Bolthouse Farms Dill Pickle Ranch dressing just before serving.
