Instructions
1. Prepare the Cake Batter
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) if baking.
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and vanilla extract. Next, add the 1 Large Egg and 100g of Plain, Non-Fat Yogurt. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a small, oven-safe dish or ramekin.
2. Create the Cinnamon Swirl Filling
In a separate, small bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of Plain, Non-Fat Yogurt with the ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of sweetener until a thick paste forms.
Using a small spoon, place several small portions of the cinnamon filling mixture over the top of the cake batter.
3. Swirl and Bake
Use a toothpick or a small knife to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the cake batter to create a marbled effect.

Oven Method: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is set.

Microwave Method: Cook on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
4. Add the Glaze
Allow the cake to cool slightly. For the glaze, mix the very low-fat soft cheese with the powdered sweetener and a drop of milk until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the top of the warm cake.
