Ingredients

For the Cake Base

  • 1 Large Egg

  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener (calorie-free)

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

For the Cinnamon Swirl Filling

  • 2 tbsp Plain, Non-Fat Yogurt

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Granulated Sweetener (calorie-free)

For the Low-Fat Glaze (Optional)

  • 1 tsp Very Low-Fat Soft Cheese (like Quark or similar)

  • 1 tsp Powdered Sweetener (calorie-free)

  • A drop of Skimmed Milk (to thin, if needed)
