Prep the Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.

Make the Filling: In a large bowl, mix the corned beef, boiled potatoes, and chopped onion. Season with the savory sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Assemble: Divide the filling into three equal portions. Place one portion onto each tortilla wrap.

Seal: Fold the wraps over the filling. Brush the inner edges with the whisked egg and press down. Use a fork to crimp the edges firmly to seal the pasty shut.

Bake: Lightly coat a baking tray with cooking spray. Place the pasties on the tray and brush the tops with the remaining egg wash.

Crisp up: Bake for 10–15 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Carefully flip them over and bake for a few more minutes to ensure the other side is equally crisp.
