Hearty Steak and Veg Pot Pies 

Ingredients:

  1. Cooking spray
  2. Lean beef for frying, cut into bite-sized pieces (around 600g)
  3. Chestnuts mushrooms, quartered (400g)
  4. Carrots, chopped into small cubes (2)
  5. Swede (rutabaga), peeled and chopped into small cubes (200g)
  6. Onions, finely chopped (2)
  7. Garlic cloves, finely chopped (2)
  8. Dried mixed herbs (1 tsp)
  9. Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp)
  10. Hot beef stock (400ml)
  11. Gravy granules (1 tbsp)
  12. Puff pastry dough (100g)
  13. Egg, whisked
  14. Kale, shredded (400g)
