- Prepare the Chicken: Wrap each chicken breast in two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the diced onion, minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, paprika, sweetener (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Air Fry the Chicken:
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Flip the chicken halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Finish and Serve:
- While the chicken is air frying, pour the tomato sauce into a small oven-safe dish.
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to the dish with the sauce.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with a side of steamed vegetables or a salad.
