Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the jelly crystals and boiling water until the crystals are completely dissolved.
- Let the jelly mixture cool slightly, then stir in the strawberry Muller Light yogurt and the fat-free Greek yogurt.
- Using an electric whisk or hand mixer, beat the mixture for a few minutes until it becomes lighter and frothier. This
- incorporates air and creates a mousse-like texture.
- Divide the mousse among individual ramekins or a large serving bowl, depending on your preference.
- Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set.
- Serve cold, topped with fresh strawberries for an extra burst of sweetness and color (optional).
Tips:
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, you can use a double serving of strawberry Muller Light yogurt.
- If you don’t have a whisk, you can use a fork to beat the mixture, but it will take a bit longer to achieve the desired frothiness.
- Feel free to experiment with different sugar-free jelly flavors to create different variations of this mousse.
