Light and Fluffy Strawberry Mousse

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the jelly crystals and boiling water until the crystals are completely dissolved.
  2. Let the jelly mixture cool slightly, then stir in the strawberry Muller Light yogurt and the fat-free Greek yogurt.
  3. Using an electric whisk or hand mixer, beat the mixture for a few minutes until it becomes lighter and frothier. This
  4. incorporates air and creates a mousse-like texture.
  5. Divide the mousse among individual ramekins or a large serving bowl, depending on your preference.
  6. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set.
  7. Serve cold, topped with fresh strawberries for an extra burst of sweetness and color (optional).

Tips:

  1. For a stronger strawberry flavor, you can use a double serving of strawberry Muller Light yogurt.
  2. If you don’t have a whisk, you can use a fork to beat the mixture, but it will take a bit longer to achieve the desired frothiness.
  3. Feel free to experiment with different sugar-free jelly flavors to create different variations of this mousse.
