Instructions:
- In a bowl, dissolve the contents of the Hartley’s Sugar-Free Orange Jelly sachet in the 1/2 pint of boiling water. Stir well until all the powder is completely dissolved.
- Add the 1/4 pint of cold water to the dissolved jelly mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Leave the jelly mixture to cool at room temperature until it just begins to thicken and is on the verge of setting. This is crucial for the yogurt to incorporate smoothly.
- Once the jelly has started to set, gently stir in 3 to 4 heaped tablespoons of fat-free Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly until the yogurt is evenly distributed and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Divide the creamy orange mixture evenly among 3 serving dishes or glasses.
- Place the filled dishes in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert is completely set and firm.
- Just before serving, top each dessert with segments of easy peeler orange and a 12.5g serving of low-fat squirty cream.
