Instructions:
- Prepare the pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal later.
- Nuts, granola, & other toppings: To make this Greek yogurt bark slightly savory and salty, top it with any nuts you prefer (any nuts, granola, or your favorite toppings).
- Spread the yogurt: Dollop the yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula or spoon to spread it evenly into a layer about 1 centimeter thick.
- Add the berries: Scatter the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Freeze it solid: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely frozen and solid.
- Enjoy! Take the frozen yogurt bark out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. This will allow it to soften slightly for easier breaking into pieces. Break the frozen yogurt bark into bite-sized chunks and enjoy!
Tips:
- Feel free to experiment with different types of berries or even chopped fruits like mango or peaches.
- For a touch of sweetness, drizzle a small amount of sugar-free syrup over the top before freezing.
- Make sure your berries are ripe but firm to prevent them from becoming mushy in the frozen yogurt.
- Break the frozen yogurt bark into your desired portion sizes before freezing. This will help you avoid overindulging.
- Store leftover frozen yogurt bark in a sealed container in the freezer. This will help prevent freezer burn and make portion control easier.
