Ingredients

For the Fruit:

  • 908g rhubarb, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 312g pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 6 tablespoons artificial sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Crumble:

  1. 28g low-fat spread
  2. 2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
  3. 57g plain flour
