- Prepare your base: If you prefer a smooth dip, place the fat-free natural cottage cheese into a food processor or blender and blitz until completely smooth and creamy. If you don’t mind a slightly textured dip, you can skip this step.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the blended (or unblended) cottage cheese.
Stir in the chopped green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and jalapeños. - Add the herbs and seasonings: Gently fold in the fresh parsley, dill, and chives. Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, and a good pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Mix and chill: Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. For best flavor, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
