Speedy “Cucumber with a BANG!”

Instructions:

  1. Chop the cucumber: Wash and chop your baby cucumber into your preferred bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dress it up: Place the chopped cucumber in a small bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
  3. Add the flavour: Drizzle over the olive oil. Season generously with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a sprinkle of chilli powder (or cayenne pepper) to your liking.
