- For the Crispy Crackers:
- 1 cup (120g) wholemeal flour
- 1/4 cup (30g) ground linseeds (flaxseed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1/4 teaspoon onion granules
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil (see notes for a lower-fat option)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water (you might need a little more)
- Optional toppings: Sesame seeds or poppy seeds
- For the Tangy Onion & Chive Dip:
- 1 cup (225g) fat-free natural cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (60g) fat-free natural Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions (scallions)
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
- Salt and black pepper to taste
