Ingredients

  • For the Crispy Crackers:
  • 1 cup (120g) wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 cup (30g) ground linseeds (flaxseed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil (see notes for a lower-fat option)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water (you might need a little more)
  • Optional toppings: Sesame seeds or poppy seeds
  • For the Tangy Onion & Chive Dip:
  • 1 cup (225g) fat-free natural cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60g) fat-free natural Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions (scallions)
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
