- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 a red onion, thinly sliced or finely diced
- 1 cup red cabbage, thinly shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot (optional)
- Creamy Dressing
- 1/2 cup fat-free natural Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 tsp granulated sweetener (or to taste)
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4-6 lean bacon medallions, all visible fat removed, grilled or dry-fried until crispy, then crumbled
