Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 450g loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
- In a large bowl, crush Weetabix biscuits and add milk. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then mash with a fork.
- Beat in remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice into 12 servings and enjoy.
How to cook it in the air fryer
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

- Note: For a crispier top, you can broil the cake for a few minutes after baking.
