Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Mix the oats, egg and 75g yogurt in a bowl and gently stir through half of the confetti sprinkles and half of the raspberries. Spray a 200ml ramekin with low-calorie cooking spray and spoon in the oat mixture, levelling with a spoon.
- Put the ramekin in your air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch. Carefully remove the ramekin using a tea towel and top with the remaining yogurt, raspberries and confetti sprinkles, plus the sliced banana.
- TO OVEN COOK: Cook at 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 for 30-35 minutes
