Ingredients: What You Need
You only need 8 simple ingredients to make these wholesome bars!
- 200g Rolled Oats (Quick Oats preferred for a softer texture)
- 2 Small Ripe Bananas (The riper, the sweeter!)
- 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Pure maple syrup is best)
- 3 Tbsp Sukrin Gold or other Erythritol-based brown sugar replacement
- 20g Chocolate Chips (Use mini chips for better distribution)
- 1 Large Egg White
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
- Coconut Oil Spray (or other cooking spray)
