- Juice of 1 lime
- 150g fat-free natural yogurt
- 5 level tbsp tikka curry powder* (see tip)
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 1 onion, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2cm piece of root ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 6 tbsp tomato purée
- 5 tbsp fat-free natural fromage frais
- Small handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped, to serve
